Montelektro has been applying a wide range and numerous generations of different automation systems, and we were able to compare software solutions developed by other experienced software suppliers.

As a result, we have developed our own automation software framework   - BatchMe. The aim was to offer a flexible and “easy-to-use” automation system, customized according to the end user's requirements.

We believe that we have succeeded in finding an optimum compromise between flexibility and simplicity. BatchMe end users (operators, technologists, electrical/mechanical maintenance staff, production managers…) do not need to be IT specialists to operate the system or acquire the necessary information from it.

The system is structured in a way which enables a clear code application and facilitates its understanding or modification.

BatchMe consists of the following modules:
•    ControlMe - Control modules management (more than 20 individual and complex CMs)
•    SequenceMe - Unit control module with sequencer according to S88
•    RecipeMe - Batch Manager with recipe editor
•    ScheduleMe - Production scheduler
•    AlarmMe – Alarms analyzing module
•    TrendMe - Data Acquisition and Trending
•    LogMe - Events Logging
•    ReportMe - Standard and customized reporting including tracking and tracing (MS Excel or Web based)
•    MaintainMe - Maintanance module
•    ConnectMe - Connection to other MES or ERP systems
All system configuration data, recipes and event logging are stored in SQL database.

We can offer BatchMe automation system based on Siemens S7 and Allen Bradley PLC. HMI can be based on GE Fanuc iFix, Siemens WinCC, WonderWare InTouch/Archestra IDE or Rockwel Factory Talk View.
